Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, practice leaders, and HR Business Partners, conducting discovery conversations to diagnose performance, leadership readiness, capability gaps, and root cause analysis
• Design enterprise learning strategies aligned to business impact, regulatory expectations, and performance outcomes
• Deliver learning initiatives at enterprise scale impacting up to 2,000 employees
• Develop blended learning solutions (virtual, in-person, asynchronous, micro-learning, coached learning, digital job aids, just-in-time learning, workflow-embedded) that support daily workplace application and sustained behavior change.
• Conduct change and transformation initiatives to support business strategy and goals
• Navigate conflicting stakeholder perspectives toward aligned, effective solutions.
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives focused on role clarity, decision rights, leadership readiness, and adoption.
• Partner with instructional designers, SMEs, and internal facilitators to ensure learning quality, consistency, and relevance.
• Apply learning analytics and qualitative insights to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Deliver executive, leadership, and manager coaching, serving as a trusted partner during high-stakes people and leadership challenges.
